PEPTAURA operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent vendors. For supported crypto checkouts, processor settlement may be routed through an Arbitrum smart contract that splits the order payment according to the checkout allocation, including vendor proceeds and PEPTAURA platform fees. PEPTAURA does not manufacture, store, or directly sell research materials.
Crypto Payment Routing
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for using the supported provider flow, network, token, and wallet instructions presented at checkout. A payment is not accepted unless the provider confirms payment and PEPTAURA verifies the matching payment-router transaction for your order. Sending funds by any other method, network, token, or direct transfer may result in loss of funds or manual review and does not guarantee order settlement.
Shipping Policy
Fulfillment is determined by each vendor and PEPTAURA provides no guarantees and is in no way responsible for meeting deadlines or handling losses. Despite this, we do our best to settle ongoing disputes and punish parties who act in bad faith.
Return Policy
Given the biological nature of the materials sold, returns are strictly prohibited.
Final Sales Policy
All sales are final. PEPTAURA does not honor cancellations, exchanges, swaps, partial credits, or chargeback-style reversals once an order has been submitted and payment has been initiated, regardless of buyer remorse, mind change, ordering the wrong SKU, ordering the wrong dose or quantity, mis-typed shipping details, vendor selection regret, price changes after purchase, or unanticipated shipping delays. The only paths to any monetary recovery are those expressly listed under the Refund Policy and Lost Shipments sections — no other circumstance qualifies. By submitting an order you irrevocably waive any right to dispute the charge with your payment provider, bank, or wallet counterparty on grounds outside those narrowly defined refund triggers; attempts to do so will be contested with order, fulfillment, and on-chain evidence and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any open balances or store credits.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under PEPTAURA's stated refund policy. PEPTAURA guarantees refunds only for confirmed non-delivery, verified COA results showing purity below the seller's guaranteed minimum purity, or high endotoxin load under PEPTAURA's quality review process. Refunds may be issued as USDT on Arbitrum One or store credit. No other chain, token, or payout method is supported unless PEPTAURA states otherwise in writing.
Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed as not delivered, PEPTAURA will process the refund available under its refund policy. This does not cover losses caused by incorrect shipping information, refusal, reshipment failure caused by the buyer, customs seizure, restricted-jurisdiction shipment, or other exclusions stated at checkout or in vendor-specific shipping terms.
Vendor Reimbursement
When PEPTAURA refunds a buyer for a vendor failure, PEPTAURA may seek reimbursement, credits, replacement shipment, or other recovery from the vendor. The buyer's eligible refund is not conditioned on PEPTAURA first recovering funds from the vendor.
Not for Human Consumption

Pooled Orders Addendum
Read the full Pooled Orders Addendum before committing. The following terms apply specifically to pooled orders and supplement the core marketplace disclaimers.
Checkout and Acknowledgment
Pooled commitments must be checked out separately and one pool at a time. Pooled commitments are binding and cannot be cancelled voluntarily. Processor fees are non-refundable, refunds are processed in USDT on Arbitrum One (or as store credits if declined), and unclaimed refunds expire after 90 days. I acknowledge and agree to the Pooled Orders Addendum, including binding commitments and refund policy.
Definitions and Roles
A Pool is a grouped order request for one SKU and one vendor. A Commitment is a buyer escrow reservation. The vendor owns manufacturing, batch continuity, shipping, and COA handling for successful pooled orders. COA challenge and pooled escrow terms apply exactly as listed in the pool UI and status history.
Binding Commitments and Cancellation
Pool commitments are binding once submitted. Voluntary cancellation is not available after commitment creation. Any refund eligibility follows the pooled workflow states and admin review paths only.
Escrow Release and Blockchain Finality
Pooled payments are released according to objective state transitions (MOQ, submission, delivery, and COA handling). Blockchain payouts, once executed, are irreversible.
Fees and Refunds
Platform and processor fees may be retained according to policy. Processor fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only as USDT on Arbitrum One or as store credits — no other token or chain is supported — and USDT refunds require a valid Arbitrum One wallet submission during the claim window.
Operational Failure and Rollbacks
Challenge thresholds, delivery state transitions, and rollback events are deterministic system actions and not discretionary compensation decisions.
Delivery Confirmation and Auto-Delivery
Buyers may confirm receipt via secure links. If no confirmation is provided before the auto-delivery deadline, the commitment may be auto-delivered according to system rules.
COA Scope
COA records are procedural artifacts for workflow gates and challenge rights. They are not a scientific guarantee, medical certification, or independent lab verification by PEPTAURA.
Risk Allocation and Indemnity
By participating in pooled orders, buyers accept market, logistics, and counterparty risks inherent to aggregated procurement and agree to the platform liability limits and indemnity terms above.
Unclaimed Refunds
Refund claim windows are time-limited. Unclaimed refunds expire after 90 days unless a stricter legal requirement applies in your jurisdiction.
